Julie Lloyd serves as Director of Human Resources at the George Washington University, supporting the School of Medicine and Health Sciences and the School of Nursing. In her role, Julie leads a team of HR professionals and partners with school leadership on workforce planning, organizational change, employee relations, performance management, talent strategy, and employee engagement. She focuses on delivering responsive, strategic HR support while helping leaders navigate complex people and organizational needs.
Julie brings more than 15 years of human resources experience across higher education and other organizations, with particular expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, change management, and process improvement. She holds an MBA in Strategy and Leadership with a focus in Data Analytics, a master’s degree in Organization and Leadership, and the SPHR certification.
