Biography

Hannah Williams currently serves as a Senior Administrator at the George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences, where she leads major institutional initiatives, supports academic and workforce strategies, and partners with faculty, clinicians, and executives to translate complex priorities into effective educational programs. She also Chair’s the Dean’s Staff Advisory Committee with a clear focus on building collaborative culture, strengthening communication, and advancing organizational priority.

Hannah held leadership roles in the government and healthcare sectors prior to her time at GWU and managed teams responsible for professional learning, policy translation, and systemwide training and evaluation. She is a trained storyteller with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction and also holds master’s degrees in Public Health and Exercise Science, as well as a bachelor’s degree in Education. She is known for her mission-driven leadership, inclusive design approach, and commitment to equity, learning, and community engagement.

Fun Facts

Hannah is most likely to be heard laughing or drawing comparisons between work and sports. She is a lifelong athlete, and believes everyone with a body fits squarely in that category with her.
