Allison serves as the Program Manager for the Biomedical Laboratory Sciences Department. She collaborates closely with colleagues to update and develop brochures, ensuring all materials are accurate, engaging, and aligned with the program’s branding. Allison plays an active role in local student outreach by participating in community college transfer fairs and coordinating recruitment events at clinical sites, where she connects with prospective students to highlight the program’s offerings. Allison also leads virtual information sessions in collaboration with advisors and team members, providing program insights and answering student questions. In addition, Allison manages and coordinate clinical contracts, working with clinical partners to ensure agreements are current and compliant. Beyond local efforts, Allison supports non-local outreach by distributing informational materials to Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) programs nationwide and developing social media campaigns to expand the program’s reach and visibility.
